Spinal Flow

Spinal Flow is a gentle healing technique that works with your body's natural intelligence to restore balance in your nervous system. Through light touch, it helps remove blockages along your spine, allowing vital messages to flow freely between your body and brain. This approach promotes ease, reduces stress, and helps reconnect you to your body's innate ability to heal itself. Spinal Flow is not physiotherapy. Appointments can be made by calling the practice or booking online.
